Registration - General

Registration is now open for SRF2015. There are three categories of registration: Regular, Student and Extra Exhibitor. A Regular participant is an individual from university, research lab or industry wanting to participate in the full program. The Student participant is a student (PhD, master, or bachelor) enrolled in a university program OR a postdoc within 2 years after receiving their PhD degree. To be eligible for this category the student must follow the steps indicated in http://srf2015.triumf.ca/student.html . The Extra Exhibitor category is for companies that have already purchased a booth but want to send supplementary industrial representatives to assist the Exhibitor.

The registration will be managed through the TRIUMF Conference Management System. To register on-line go to https://mis.triumf.ca/events/event.jsf?confcode=SRF2015 fill in the personal data to open an account and then choose the registration type. The registration fee amounts are summarized below.

Conference fees are payable at the time of registration using most major credit cards, internal TRIUMF account transfer and also via wire bank transfer. You will receive an email confirmation that includes your registration number when you have completed your registration. Payment is due prior to midnight PDT, July 1, 2015 to qualify for early registration. Should you wish to print your receipt from the site, you will need your registration number when you re-visit the site.

Cancellations:
All cancellations must be provided in writing to SRF2015@conferences.triumf.ca. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after July 1, 2015. This policy also applies to extra tickets, exhibitor and companion registrations. Refunds may be granted for no-shows under extenuating circumstances. Any refunds granted will be made by credit card or bank transfer, depending on the original payment method and will be processed after the completion of the conference.

Visas:
If traveling from outside Canada, you may need a visa to enter Canada. To request a visa letter, you must first be registered for the SRF2015 conference. On the registration form there is a place for you to request a visa letter. Please also send an email to SRF2015@conferences.triumf.ca letting us know that you have indicated this request. Your patience in this process is appreciated.
