Registration - Exhibitor

The Extra Exhibitor participant can register for the conference and for a companion all from the same TRIUMF conference management account https://mis.triumf.ca/events/event.jsf?confcode=SRF2015 .

The registration fee for the conference is 500CAD for an Extra Exhibitor participant (booth exhibit must be purchased separately from http://srf2015.triumf.ca/exhibitor-opp.html). The registration fee includes:

  • Coffee breaks
  • Sunday reception
  • Monday Chairman’s reception
  • Wednesday excursion and lunch
  • Wednesday banquet
  • Friday bus to Vancouver, lunch and tour of TRIUMF

Companions:
Extra Exhibitor participants are encouraged to bring companions to take part in the social events and enjoy the ambiance of Whistler. Companions can participate in any of the social `options’ with `a la carte’ costing or with one all-inclusive fee of 270CAD that covers all social events. The social events and fees per event are shown below:
