Conference participants are encouraged to bring companions to take part in the social events and enjoy the ambiance of Whistler. Companions can only be registered through the participants account in the TRIUMF conference management system at https://mis.triumf.ca/events/event.jsf?confcode=SRF2015 .
Companions can participate in any of the social `options’ with `a la carte’ costing or with one all-inclusive fee of 270CAD that covers all social events. The social events and fees per event are shown below:
